Baptism
Baptism (from the Greek work baptisma, a “dipping”) is the sacrament in which, by water and the power of the Holy Spirit, a person is cleansed of all sin, including original sin, and experiences birth into the new life of Christ.
Pouring of water (or immersion)

What the Church teaches…
The first Sacrament of Initiation by which we are freed from all sin and are endowed
with the gift of divine life, are made members of the Church, and are called to holiness and mission.

Baptism Requirements
All parents who are having a child baptized for the first time need to attend a baptism class. These classes are held on the 2nd Thursday of the month at 7:30 PM in Meeting Room B.
All baptisms must be scheduled through the Parish Office. We request that you contact us at least two weeks prior to the date you are requesting.
After contacting the Parish Office, complete this form and submit it the office.
Time of Baptisms:
Baptisms are performed most Sundays at 1 PM.
